- Researched how product teams learn a design system and defined the tutorial format that shaped the Carbon website redesign, relaunching in 2026. Owned the guidance and tutorial experience for a system serving 324 product teams, 640k+ GitHub repositories, 13.9k weekly Figma inserts, and 450k+ monthly visitors.
